IDTA is an asymmetric double flat spray nozzle (30° to the front, 50° to the rear), which in contrast to other systems achieves the same effective spray width on the target surface. A 120° spray in direction of travel applies 60 % of the flow rate while a 90° spray to the rear applies 40%. This is a nozzle-cap system which offers straightforward removal and cleaning in the field, even when the operator is wearing gloves.
